PREPARING FOR BREATHWORK, CONTRAINDICATIONS, & GENERAL INFORMATION
WHAT TO EXPECT
Breathers should be prepared for a variety of emotions, traumas, & memories to present themselves. This work is recommended for those who are ready for it - particularly emotionally & mentally capable of processing raw emotion.
As energy moves through the body & the levels of oxygen change - breather’s can expect a wide spectrum of physical & emotional sensations during each breath session. Common physical reactions, like tingling, shaking, cold or hot body parts may occur - outbursts via tears, laughter, moment - & a wide range of emotions that can & can not be labeled. These shifts are typical safe & normal. There is no limit to sensations one can experience!

If there is a call to experience the breath, & funds are tight - they’re plenty of ways to support HER outside of monetary contribution. Share with friends, social media, trade services, etc. It is important to me that each & every person being called, has an opportunity to breathe.
Financial contribution honors the price of education & travel involved in achieving a board certified Breathwork Facilitator training. Until we are able to congregate once more - donations also go towards my financial wellness - & holds balance for those who are unable to donate.
